Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services provided by AMAX Architectural Firm ("AMAX," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
AMAX offers architectural design and consultation services. These services are subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement or contract.

3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, drawings, plans, and other creative works produced by AMAX, remain the property of AMAX unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.

4. Confidentiality
AMAX will treat all client information and project details as confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are requested to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by AMAX.

5. Payment
Invoice should be paid within 30 days from the invoice date. Payment payable to "Amax Architect and Surveyors Limited" bank account and email the deposit slip to cs@amaxarchitectsandsurveyors.info. Late payment will be charged 5% interest. All payments are non-refundable. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of client.

6. Amendments
AMAX reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability
AMAX shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hongkong.
